Situated in the heart of the west end, north of Oxford Street, this mixed use development comprises office and commercial and is notable for its retention of a grade 2* listed chapel. The concept centred on a 'green oasis', creating a new public square in the heart of London. Pedestrian thoroughfares lead the public through the site, giving access to both the chapel and gardens. A layered approach to the planting has been overlaid on the site, creating a distinctive birch woodland canopy, with shrub and groundcover planting, including ferns and ivy to provide a green edge to the pedestrian links.
